OPEN COMPETITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking Open Competitions tee times, using our on-line booking system, or via the Secretary’s office.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is required on booking through the online system, via a credit or debit card. For office bookings payment may be made by telephone with a credit or debit card. If your booking is later cancelled within 21 days of your tee time a refund will only be given if your cancelled tee time(s) is booked and paid by another player(s).
Handicaps:
All players must have an Active handicap and may be asked to produce a Handicap Certificate on the day of the competition and details that can be checked via the online Central Database of Handicaps (CDH).
Handicap Limits apply - 28 for Men and 36 for Ladies.
VISITOR TEE BOOKING
These are the terms and conditions for booking an individual or small number of visitors, normally less than 8, using the on-line booking system, via the Secretary’s office or Professional.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
For on-line bookings payments can be made by Credit or Debit card at time of booking. Payments through the office or Professional may be made in advance or in person on the day using a Credit or Debit card or by a cheque.
A refund will only be given if a booking is cancelled no later than 7 days before the due date. Cancellation notices must be directed to the Secretary’s office or the Professional shop.
VISITING PARTY/SOCIETY TEE BOOKING:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times for groups of 12 or more, which may only be booked via the Secretary’s office.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of £10 per person deposit is required on booking, via credit or debit card, or by cheque which must be received within 5 days. A refund will only be given if a booking is cancelled no later than 7 days before the due date. Cancellation notices must be directed to the Secretary’s office or the Professional shop.
No 2fore1 or any other special offers are permitted in conjunction with visiting party package deals.

Course Closed;
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be given.
Booking Transferable:
The booking is completely transferable; therefore should you be unable to make your tee time you can offer it to someone else, such as a family member or friend.
On Arrival:
You should report to the Professional shop before beginning your round. If the shop is closed please come to the Secretary’s office in the Clubhouse to confirm your tee time.
Handicaps:
Visitor tee booking is only available to golfers with a handicap of 28 or less (Men) or 36 or less (Ladies). You may be asked to produce a handicap certificate or Society membership details.
